Applicants for the Silver Fern Job Search visa must intend to find long-term skilled employment while they are in New Zealand.
All applicants for the Silver Fern Job Search visa must:
- Be between the ages of 20 and 35
- Be outside New Zealand during the application process
- Hold a recognised tertiary degree or higher, or a recognised trade qualification with a minimum of two years of work experience in that trade
- Speak English
- Have a minimum of NZ$4,200 available in funds to meet your living costs while you are searching for a job
- Not have been previously issued a Silver Fern Job Search visa
- Meet the health and character requirements
- Complete the Silver Fern Job Search visa application through Immigration New Zealand’s online services.
