Adobe Acrobat Reader

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free software application that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
To view and print the online version of our forms and guides, you will need Version 3.0 or newer.

If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, clicking on any of the form or document names will open the form or document in your browser window. You will be able to save documents to your computer from within the browser.

Acrobat can be downloaded free from Adobe’s website.

Adobe Flash Player

Abobe Flash Player is a free software application that allows you to view flash videos. On most computers, Flash automatically upgrades itself to the latest version. If you're having trouble, removing and re-installing Flash will often help. We recommend running a Flash remover first, as having multiple copies of Flash installed can cause conflicts.

Adobe Flash Player can be downloaded free from Adobe's website - Flash Player
