A Silver Fern Job Search visa may be the best option for you.

The Silver Fern Job Search visa is designed to encourage highly skilled migrants, aged 20 to 35 to come to New Zealand and find work. To be eligible, you must apply online from outside of New Zealand. Only 300 visas are granted each year (beginning 27 April annually). This visa is valid for travel to New Zealand within six months of being granted. Once you arrive in New Zealand, you can search for a job for up to nine months.

After finding a job you may apply under the Silver Fern Practical Experience category which enables you to work in New Zealand for up to two years.
